CPI (M) supporters, who were demanding that the Tata Motors  ....Read more

mamta madamBy: Bipin Mishra | Sunday , 19 Oct '08 19:50:06 PM Reply | Forward Now Mamta Banerjee should provide jobs to those who are now jobless to prove her point if that cannot be done then she should keep herself out of these issue. forget national welfare she cnaot maintain her state welfare. she should quit instead of causing so much trouble to others just for her publicity
From BKBy: bk | Saturday , 4 Oct '08 19:00:09 PM Reply | Forward Tata has called Mamta's bluff , It is high time Politician should stop behaving as if they are the only body who can make decision
madame mamataBy: mathew | Saturday , 4 Oct '08 16:29:15 PM Reply | Forward Madame(Madame as in a cheap whore) Mamata who lives in a 3000 sq feet multistoreyed house behind the one room house (which is where all media interviews takes place) is the enemy of the people. She will lose from Calcutta south constituency and if she is emboldened by the recently concluded Panchayat elections and thinks she can dislodge the Left Front government she is living in a fools paradise (and probably enjoying the experience). What is her ideology , what is the program for development for Bengal , what is her alternate vision for the state are not coherent and are unknowns ? Today she has the support of the lumpen elements in West Bengal. As railway minister her only contribution was in painting the colour of all train compartments from red to blue( she was then also seeing red). Anarchy and chaos are her only offerings.
NanoBy: balakrishnan nair | Saturday , 4 Oct '08 15:59:32 PM Reply | Forward Only two states i.e. west bengal and kerala are the worst industry hit states. upto certain extent,CPM is responsible for this disaster. the political leaders of these two states of CPM
BENGAL'S LOSS IS MAMTA'S GAIN By: M.M.NAAZIM | Saturday , 4 Oct '08 15:48:28 PM Reply | Forward TATA'S EXIT IS NOT A GOOD SIGN FOR BENGAL" INDUSTRIAL RESURGENCE . NEW INVESTORS WILL TURN AWAY . THANKS TO MAMTA FOR THIS INDUSTRIAL DISASTER WROUGHT ON THE PEOPLE OF BENGAL . THE WHOLE WORLD WAS KEENLY LOOKING FOR THE ROLL OUT NANO -- THE CHEAPEST CAR OF COMMON MAN -- FROM BENGAL . SINGUR WITH NANO COULD HAVE DEVELOPED LIKE GURGAON WITH MARUTI . ONE STUPID EGOISTIC ARROGANT POLITICIAN CAN DAMAGE THE DREAM OF ONE LAKH BENGALIS EMPLOYMENT WHICH NANO COULD HAVE GENERATED .. IT IS MATTER OF SHAME ON THOSE WHO ARE ASSOCIATED WITH MAMTA'S RETROGRADE MINDSET . SHE SHOULD BE SHOWN HER WAY OUT OF BENGAL IF THE PEOPLE OF BENGAL DO REALLY HAVE SOME PROGRESSIVE MIND . BUT THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN
Mistaken causeBy: naresh | Saturday , 4 Oct '08 15:43:22 PM Reply | Forward Ms Mamta Banerjee may not only be working for the farmers but could well be working for some negative elements who are against India producing the wonder car "Nano".
MOVING NANO TO HIMACHAL PRADESHBy: Rajinder kumar kapoor | Saturday , 4 Oct '08 15:18:20 PM Reply | Forward tata should not consider their nano project work to start at singur while they should suppose to talk with himachal pradesh govt. for acquiring land in H.P,As H.P govt already given TATA,s offer to heartiest welcome in Himachal with "NANO PROJECT PLANT" this would be a much better option for "TATA" b,coz many factor either environmental, atomospheric, social, political,
Tata's departureBy: Tusar Datta | Saturday , 4 Oct '08 14:52:15 PM Reply | Forward Tatas are to be blamed for the entire episode. Tata Motors is in trouble for their JLR acquisition. Sale of tata Car has dropped by 9% in September while sale of Hyundai and Maruti has increased. Tata have to repay right now huge external bowwowing. Their right issue was delayed. So Tata had to stop the project but instead of telling the truth they put the blame on mamata. Tata should not be let off so easily. They are playing the same game in Orissa, Bangladesh and now West Bengal. They should be forced to pay compensation for all the damamges they caused. West Bengal govt. is saved beacause they were to pay billion crore subsidy to Tata. Media should publish the true story behind Tata's departure from different projects.
Well done TataBy: Pranesh | Saturday , 4 Oct '08 14:24:58 PM Reply | Forward This is a shrewd Tata, the business man taking far sighted decisions. He knows for sure that should his business and NANO manufacturing be held up due to the 'red flag' bearing strikes, his losses would be far greater than the current ones (if at all he has incurred any). How can Tata's now 'favourite' WB Governament come to his rescue when the CPM goons go on strike and bring the factory to a halt?? He knows that nither Buddhadebs nor Karats nor aging Basus be able to help him as CPM thinks that 'to strike is their birth right'. Well done Tata !!. I am very happy that my shares with you have become safer !!
End or start of NanoBy: Suresh Chatterjee-Kolkata | Saturday , 4 Oct '08 14:20:53 PM Reply | Forward Nothing unusual.Only history repeating itself albeit in a different way.Since when did Bhadra loks of west bengal began working for development. These fellows destroyed every thing they got ( Calcutta in the form of capital of East India Company) from the Britishers in just a few decades.Congralutions to them all for driving Tata out.
