If there was no reservation, there is no upliftment of the downtrodden people in India who deserve it for all their losses. Let us continue that for Dalits and MBCs. I think the BCs and OBCs have had it for long. If required they can have it for another decade but it has to end at some point for them. Otherwise they will continue to progress at the cost of Dalits and MBCs. Muslims also have to be provided the genuine opportunity for growth. But I truly believe that there has to be some sort of an endgame for the concept of reservation in India. Otherwise they will not truly raise to their potential.

Son/Daughters of politicians are getting elected easily...is not it also a kind fo reservation??? It would be great if all kind of reservation is eliminated. Opposing caste based reservation just indicate the mean thinking of certained class of society.

At this rate the country will not be able to pogress and everything will just be politics. Parties that are seen as "high caste" want to lure "low caste". The ones that are "secular" want to vie the "minorities". Now we have the party that keeps harping on the "Dalit" status to give revervation to the upper caste. Wonder when we will be able to do tangle things for upliftment of the poor and needy, this is critical when you have 30% population under poverty line but this should be solely based on economics and nothing else.Polititians should start staying away from this dirty politics. They should work for the country and ensure that everyone come above the povertyline and we have a "Khushhaal Desh". That will automatically reduce crime.

Do you have a good way to assign an honest economical status to each of the Indian Junta? If yes, approach any media and let the whole world know, else, please do not oppose like that. This is the mind set which is only creating hell for we general category candidates. Once u get the flack you start chanting economy based reservation without thinking a while it's implementation part.

They should remember that there is always a limit to what people , even Indian people for that matter, can take. Sooner they realise that the better for them, the people and this country.

Poverty can be reduced only by good patriotic and service and sacriice nunded politicians only who pay attention to quality education at free or affordable cost.
