Hindi is used only to communicate with bhaiyya's so that he could understand & for entertainment like watching hindi movies and songs. So me any research work in scientific, engineering field in hindi. that means why to force hindi on non-hindi speaking people. Above all Hindi is not national language - For Last 60 years congress politician's as cheated india.

We understand the need to protect Marathi as a langauge but Raj don't cross your limits. You can just promote language but can't impose your language on others.

Look around all ploitical spectrum in India from DMK in south to Congress/BJP/SP/RJD in north, & you will find all their kids studying in English. What is your future in India if you study in any other medium (regional languages). We are not Japanese, Koreans or Chinese (culturally & materially superior to indians), that they can study in their languages & do better business worldwide than Indians can. I live in USA & seen lots of other Asians with dictionaries in their pockets & doing better business for their home countries than Indians.

The point of "Marathi" has nothing to do with any other language. All the languages are at their places & respected very well. The point of "Marathi" is that people who live in Maharashtra should "respect" the language. This is for all those who either do not know "Marathi" or who are not willing to learn it. This has nothing to do with languages studied in schools/colleges, spoken in private firms or practised as a standard at variuos places throughout the state. Today internationalization demands the compulsory use of English language in major sectors. You just cannot ignore it in order to survive. But at the same time,it is your duty to respect Marathi if you are a citizen of Maharashtra.This is that very patriotic feeling that won us independence half a century back.You can only feel it if you are Maharashtrian & your conscience will give its proof.

People like raj and Party LIke mns are volatile because of not having strong agenda and will disappear with time but INDIA and HINDI is something will remains for ever and is one such language is used around the world by Indians does not matter they are from UP, BIHAR or MAHARASTRA. There should not be any place in this country for people like raj and mns. Say Proudly Hindi hai Hum vatan hai Hindusta Hamara. Vande Matram
