The Government claims that it is distributing relief/compensation.but many of the effected claims the rehablitation has not reached them.Then who is to blame the system or Politicians,In the case of flod effected people of Karnataka here The people who Govern the state employed petty politics,the ministers and MLAs left for resorts in neighbouring stat. they gave funny replies when asked about their stay in Hydrabad and Goa, They said they are their for studing development in rural area.but they fail to name the village. this is the situation,their must be some mechanism of Policy in disaster managment.unless it is managed the people will suffer.The Govenment is doing good job in announcing relier,implimentation needs lots of improvment.

Look at the timing of this fight Northern districts are recovering from one of the worst calamity where the peoples representatives are expected to be among their people. our leaders languishing in 5 star comferts in neighbouring states. what an example of welfare. Oridinary people are contributing their daily earning, these representatives spending crores of Rupees for their whims in this cercustances one is forced to think is democracy is required in this situation why administration should not be handed over to other able persons.
