Secondly, they are handpicked, proposed and elected by the CEO. As regards Satyam episode one is reminded of another tearse quote of Warren Buffet - "any idiotic idea of the Chief will be backed up by a detailed strategic and financial analysis by his storm-troopers". It seems that CEOs now-a-days do not need mere Chamcha, they get a full cutlery set.
