EVM malfunctionBy: G.Vasudevan | Sunday , 5 Jul '09 15:46:33 PM Reply | Forward Numerous cases of EVM misuse has been reported. Village voters were advised to press certain colored button. In TN there were reports of one symbol being recorded when any button was pressed. TN polls were in the last phase which begs the question what happened in the previous three phases? Terrorists triggered bombs, hackers breached laptops, ATM theft are constantly and in this environment I have the least confidence that that EVM's are foolproof especially when you see the way it is transported and stored and sealed with sealing wax of all things. Ballot paper may not be sophisticated but I can be sure my vote is not robbed. Some Parties do know how to cover up a la Quattrochi!
