Well done judge By: freddie (Indian) | Tuesday , 3 Nov '09 17:02:55 PM Reply | Forward This is nothing but to fool the Indian public? Most of the Indian judges are having lavish lifestyle. Everything is possible with them, drugs, prostitute, booze, gambling and so on. Most of the Judges who are corrupt used that money to fulfill his dreams of sleeping with 2 or 3 woman at a time. Property, land scam and taking commission on judgement made on each cases. All this is going on for years and now after 60 years they wake up to fool the Indian public.
Declaration is good way but does it all they have hadBy: Mukund Thaker | Tuesday , 3 Nov '09 15:21:00 PM Reply | Forward Delcaration by judges is welcome note but cant turst this Indian beurocracy. This itself is political stunt. Our politicians by way of their bhaviour have already lost faith and trust from the people. Their salaries have increased manifold but working attitude is still the same. Believe me "it happens only in India"
Declaration of assets alone not sufficientBy: Manjeet Singh Juneja | Tuesday , 3 Nov '09 14:06:44 PM Reply | Forward Declaration of assets by higher judiciary is welcome but it wil make any difference to the justice system only if some authority checks the authenticity of these declarations. All government servants are already bound by law to declare their assets to the govt but it has hardly made any dent in the amount of corruption they indulge in. What is required is an iron hand at the top and seious too, to root out all corruption.
Voluntary declaration is welcome and we wish voluntary withdrawal of HC CaseBy: SANTOKH SINGH SAHI | Tuesday , 3 Nov '09 12:09:41 PM Reply | Forward THIS HAS ENHANCED HIGHER JUDICIARY'S IMAGE. ALL OTHERS MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIARY,EXECUIVE AND LEGISLATURE MUST FOLLOW.TO LOOK HONEST AND REMAIN HONEST,TRANSPARENCY IN WORK AND ASSESTS IS THE FOUNDATION. ALL MUST YEARLY UPDATE THEIR INCOME AND EXPENSES. ALL PUBLIC SERVANTS,ELECTED OR NON ELECTED ARE ACCOUNTABLE TO THE CITIZENS. WE ALSO EXPECT THE SC TO REVIEW ITS EARLIER JUDGEMENT FOR SELF APPOINTMENT WITH NO OBLIGATION FOR REMOVAL.IT BE REPLACED BY CONSTITUTING NATIONAL AND STATE JUDICIAL COUNCILS WITH AUTHORITY OF APPOINTMENT,TRANSFER AND REMOVAL. CJI BE ASSISTED BY NOMINEE OF OTHER SC JUSTICES;CJs;LOK SABHA; RAJYA SABHA;BCI AND LAW MINISTER FOR NJC. CJ BE ASSISTED BY NOMINEE OF OTHER HC JUDGES;DJs;ASSEMBLY;VIDHAN PARISHAD;SBCAND STATE LAW MINISTER.THIS DONE VOLUNTARILY WILL FURTHER RAISE THE IMAGE OF THE JUICIARY. TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY GO HAND IN HAND.RTI BE NOT DILUTED.WE EXPECT THE SC TO VOLUNTARIL WITHDRAW IT APPEAL BEFORE THE HC. OUR LAND BE RUN BY LAW AND NOT MAN.

“Duniya Bananewaale ..................”By: George P. Joseph | Tuesday , 3 Nov '09 10:28:44 AM Reply | Forward Another Landmark of Eyewashing! “Me Lords” have publicized their assets. But what is cooking behind the Web. The lavishness, extravaganza, luxury that are being provided by the affluence and power play. Intellectuals and victims of Court cases know that justice never been done anywhere in the world in favour of the depressed and downtrodden since the inception of the world. Every Scriptures stand for that. Exhibition shows the bright side and the dark side have never been exposed of. “Duniya Bananewaale ..................”
SC JUDGES AND ASSET DECLARATIONBy: KRISHNAN.S | Tuesday , 3 Nov '09 9:38:44 AM Reply | Forward So nobody is above law.
We salute the SC judgesBy: V.S.Malhotra | Tuesday , 3 Nov '09 8:20:24 AM Reply | Forward Voluntary declaration of assets by SC Judges will have a powerful educative value. A Spanish intellectual and thinker Jose' Ortega y Gasset in his book 'Revolt of the Masses' devides humanity into two classes: "those who make great drmands on themselves, piling up difficulties and duties; and those who demand nothing special of themselves, but for whom to live is to be every moment what they already are, without imposing on themselves any effort towards perfection; mere buoys that float on the waves." He calls the first class as the 'Select Minorities' and the latter as 'The Mass'. It is in the nature of the 'Select Minorities' that from time to time, as required by the shape of things then existing, that they feel the necessity of a certain way of public conduct and then adopt it themselves by a purely voluntary action which is then converted as a law to be applied to the society on the whole. Their Lordships have surely shown 'THE WAY" to us all. We salute their Lordships.
