Sec. 377, split withinBy: M.Pootna | Saturday , 11 Jul '09 23:31:33 PM Reply | Forward Although homosexual people may not be treated as criminals, the efforts of the government and society at large should be directed towards bringing such unnatural behaviour to a normal one, i.e. one as intended by Nature. It is abnormal to have intercourse between people of the same sex. The govt should set up a 'sexual orientation camp' to educate such people and gradually bring their mindset in line with normal people. Education and persuasion are the best ways to eradicate abnormal sexual behaviour.
Let their be an end to discussionsBy: daya sagar | Saturday , 11 Jul '09 11:39:33 AM Reply | Forward Judgement concerning section 377 IPC has made many people to join discussions for and against. Since the GAY / Homosexuality issues is very much related to MORAL values ( that may change from society to society )that are mostly against homosexuality / marriage between same sexes in almost all the social orders / religious sects , the GAY / HSex demand will not be socially accepted and many legal debating fingers too would be raised. Electronic channels should also put an end to discussions since it is making it difficult for families to watch the programmes . Since the issue has started, leave it to courts. Already many questions have been raised in the name of constitutional rights / human rights like consented prostitution, call girl business, bar dancers , drug consumption.
