psu payBy: mukaddim | Friday , 13 Mar '09 21:25:53 PM Reply | Forward Mr editor, please calculate the pay of central govt. employees including babus in the same manner as you are depicting the pay of a psu officer taking into account all the components like gratuity, provident fund, other facilities which are exclusively for central govt. employees. And then you will be bound to reverse your opinion about the salary of the psu employees. The pay bill does not reflect all the details. Do home work.

MISLEADING - INDIAN EXPRESSBy: ALI | Saturday , 10 Jan '09 22:52:53 PM Reply | Forward figures shown here are absolutely wrongly projected. All Oil co. officers are annoyed on this wrong depiction. Pl. check the Central govt. salary and PSU scale approved, you will find the injustice yourself. One-example- govt officers are given "' grade pay" whereas PSUs are not given any grade pay for the similar scale inspite of recommendation by Rao Committee. THINK AND VERIFY THE FACTS BEFORE WRITING SUCH STORIES. OIL OFFICERS ARE READY TO TAKE SALARIES WHAT U HAVE PROJECTED IN THE ARTICLE.AS A PROTEST HERE , OIL OFFICERS SHOULD STOP READING THIS NEWS PAPER AS ALL ARE HURT.EVEN DURING STRIKE OIL EXECUTIVES WERE SERVING DEFENCE ALL OVER INCL. REMOTEST OF PLACES WHERE EVER ARMY IS....
Go, where you get your worthBy: Ashok Grover | Saturday , 10 Jan '09 8:48:25 AM Reply | Forward In any case, if anybody feels he or she is underpaid, let them find another employer who values their worth... rather than trying to suck our blood.
psu payBy: mukaddim | Friday , 13 Mar '09 21:30:45 PM Reply | Forward Mr Grover, the oil psu officers are not sucking your blood. They are demanding the share of their own hard work's benefit from the companies. These bureacrats and the govt. are nothing to do with the salary of the officers. The money will be borne by the companies themselves unlike govt. employees. Who is sucking your blood, the psu officers or the bureacrats and the politicians?
oil osuBy: R K Prasad | Tuesday , 13 Jan '09 10:30:16 AM Reply | Forward The psu employees salary does not draw a single paise from the exchequer. It is solely from the company resources. It is the salary of the beaurocracy which comes from the public money. Moreover all salary/ perks of PSU is taxed whereas those of the beaurocracy is mostly tax free. So, Mr Grover, you can see who is sucking your blood especially in the background of the recent Sixth Pay Commission which has handed the beaurocracy a hefty pay hike which involves additional thosands of crores of outgo from the exchequer. It is only the industry, private
