Nice display of democratic debatedBy: Naim Naqvi | Friday , 10 Jul '09 10:42:53 AM Reply | Forward It was interesting and reassuring to watch the intelligent debate in Lok Sabha. Lalu and Mamta both maintained the decorum and dignity of the house. They were subjective, humourous, poetic and cleverly sarcastic which are the attributes of intelligent politicians. This was poles parts when we watch these saffron brigadiars spewing vitriol and venom and talking nothing but divisive and nefarious politics. I would say - democracy was it best when Mamata and Lalu delivered their speeches. Keep it up. We want more of such debates.
