At last, procedure Judiciary punishes these criminals/ terrorist from normal Jail to hang, until death.The question arises, whether they get punishment or pardon. If these criminal/ terrorists get punishment according to Judiciary, if, no, then whatever the agency, whether it is federal or other agency or TADA/ POTA or other law, that will make no difference for criminals/ terrorists.

We should not forget that the UPA government came to power with the help of Muslim vote on the express promise that there will be a special law for terrorism and the existing POTA (then in 2004) would be repealed. And true to their promise UPA has repealed POTA immediately after coming to power. And now, they are again talking of a DRACONIAN anti-terror law? Will Muslims ever accept this? Should we not say UPA has back-stabbed the Muslim electorate?
