In every living thing sex is observed and that is for the reproduction OF it's future generation. sex is thus not for personal pleasure but it is the main knot to reproduction and thus the concept of marriage had come to give licence to have sex. so that a legal child can come to see this world. Now where is the logic of homosexuality and unnatural sex? It cannot be argued that it is a choice of person to person ie, personal liberty under article 21. THE ONLY POSITIVE SIDE WHICH I FIND IS THAT IF LEGALISATION OF HOMOSEXUALITY AND UNNATURAL OFFENCE IS DONE THEN INDIAN WILL SURELY LESSEN DOWN THE HUGE POPULATION. "INDIA WHICH EXPERIENCES MORE MOUTH AND LESS FOOD WILL SURELY EXPERIENCE A DAY WITH MORE FOOD AND LESS MOUTH AND AGAIN FOOD AND NO MOUTH".

Sexuality Equality-The consensual sex freedom or otherwise any actions humanly are mainly connected with questions of difference between the rights and wrongs or the truth and the falsehood in the context of the privacy and the dignity of each individual..........REACTION…….. Its unethical decision of the court. We can just say that the court went for cheap popularity by giving unnatural decision……. Zaheerul Hassan, Lahore…….…REPLY……….. What is ethical legally, keeping in mind, my views and yours? Unethical for whom, for you and I or the parties involved for preventing trespassing in their privacy and dignity? I am of the opinion that the decision will definitely reduce the gap between the truth and the falsehood, preached hypocritically by many means in India and elsewhere. The court has not granted absolute freedom but strict restrictions are imposed in the Judgment, normally not followed by the consensual parties.

Nobody can give guarantee that he/she can be alive for a specific period. Sexuality Equality-The consensual sex freedom or otherwise any actions humanly are mainly connected with questions of difference between the rights and wrongs or the truth and the falsehood in the context of the privacy and the dignity of each individual. By trespassing the privacy and the individual dignity of consented parties is always wrong and unwarranted under the law. From the judgment, it looks as basic structure of our constitution was ignored in India so far. UN called the judgment as a land mark ruling in India from human rights angle and to encourage more HIV victims to come forward to seek treatment and information. Now, it looks as India also slowly submitting before the world opinion and agreeing to reduce the gap between the truth and the falsehood, preached hypocritically by many means in India. The worldwide joyous mood and opinion of the section of society must be honored and respected. The freedom is also not without riders.

Secondly,though there might not be any medicine for HIV or AIDS, however, the best way to avoid it is to abstain from sex. So the so-called straight community can stop going for multiple partner sex, and I am sure your 'tradition' and your 'culture' might not be allowing that, but Indian Culture does. Moreover, request to all the religious outfits that please stop entering other people's bedroom and stop interpreting religion for others. Aleast for me, its my private matter.

Following some meaningless rituals in the name of “culture” and “tradition” can only lead to self destruction and spiritual degradation which India is witnessing since 11th century. It’s high time we bounce back and try to develop beyond that.
