The city needs young blood too often to be at its service day and night. The slum ownership has brought in irresponsibility in our living and has affected the development of the city. The ownership housing has made too many old to occupy space in this city making import of too many essential articles from countryside at a reduced price to feed the poor, hungry and old. This expensive city has robbed the youth a dream of theirs own.
