They start with commiting a crime, in the process they die and also promise to retaliate for the deaths of their partners in crime . Original crime is forgotten (remember Godhra?).What the US navy did was applaudable and the rest of the world to follow instead of paying these goons, may be in the process an innocent life would be lost, that is the price we will have to pay . Why feed these criminal dogs.
