And they are have learnt their lessons from the mistakes of Russian communists. It would be interesting to see whether ascendancy of chinese is a phenomenon that gets reset once obama's protectionism comes into full force or chinese leverage their current superior power (finanances, military) to establish themselves as numero uno.
