"Ninety nine per cent of the LTT  ....Read more

Disgusted.By: sk | Friday , 10 Apr '09 11:18:41 AM Reply | Forward Thousands of innocent civilians are dying and you people are happy?... using chemical weapons to murder thousands of innocent people including children is a "victory"..wow..this government has reached its lowest yet. If you think that "Tamil side" of the story is false and you guys have it all right then why dont you stop being cowards and allow international media and journalists cover the war? Then talk about being fair and just.
Reply to SKBy: OD | Tuesday , 14 Apr '09 8:16:09 AM Reply | Forward SK,I guess you only talking about "tamil innocent people" only. But we talking about all innocent people, not only Tamils. You know how many Tamil peoples living in Colombo and having luxary life? Terrorisam must be finished first.

hiBy: nita | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 10:19:52 AM Reply | Forward It must have been a good thing(destroying LTTE completely) that has happened to Srilanka after decades of bloodbath of innocent people. For any goverment it is impossible to compromise their dignity for the blackmailing these terrorists are doing. It is same in India(like Kashmir issue). So our so called people representative in Tamilnadu must understand that their statment "India will not remain one country if something happens to Prabhakaran" will only cost them.Indians will not forget this and the betrayl for Indian Nation. If they are unable to become loyal to their own nation, these opprtunists will surely face the conseqence.
Surrender, we値l rehabilitate you: Lanka Govt to LTTEBy: P L Selva Mani | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 4:02:07 AM Reply | Forward It is very obvious that the Sri Lankan Army is now in a position to completly destroy the LTTE and they are very determined to do so at any cost and will not allow anything or anybody to come in the way of achieving its goal. Contrast this with the Indian response . The Indian Army is much stronger than the Sri Lankan Army , any day . We had launched 'Operation Rhino' against the ULFA terrorist group. Just as the Indian Army was on the verge of breaking the back of the ULFA the then Chief Minister of Assam played dirty politics and for narrow political gains forced the Army to withdraw. Although the Armed Forces was very bitter about it they ,being a disicplined force reluctantly withdrew. We continue to suffer from terrorism ofthe ULFA even today nearly a decade later. Inspite of the hysterical ranting of the politicians in Tamil Nadu there is a very definite lesson for India to learn from the Sri Lankans
Srilanka, LTTE and mediaBy: oldindian | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 3:11:56 AM Reply | Forward It is amazing that within 12 hrs of secular channel reporting that there are credible threats to sonia's life from LTTE, none of the websites - iE,NDTV and CNN IBN are reporting it. I thought if what was reported by NDTV on sonia's life is true, then considering situation on ground, that should hog your news space. Or is it another concoted lie framed at Senorita Madam's den and spread by truly secular channel to whip up public sympathy?
Innocent indians caught between the battle in Sri LankaBy: saram ravidran | Wednesday , 8 Apr '09 23:51:51 PM Reply | Forward Several Indians have protested in UK for interference into the matter as human rights but Why the Indian army just staying next to the island and claim to be a powerful mini superpower in asia do nothing. If they are the nearest and did nothing how do we claim from others who are so far away. There is a need for judgement and intergrity action which is lacking and sad to say decision making is not there at all and just leave it to nature and another day will pass and the sun will rise so why do you need an army???To protect, defend or just a formality
Indian Army vs. Sri LankaBy: GK Iyer | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 9:34:42 AM Reply | Forward I was all the time thinking that the India Army is to protect the integrity and soverignity of India. Why should they get involved in the ethnic problem in Sri Lanka? Do'nt we have already enough to worry about?
Good Job!!!By: Dhaval | Wednesday , 8 Apr '09 16:45:45 PM Reply | Forward Good job by SL Army and Govt. This operation can only be carried out when there is full support from the Govt.
