He has only now come out against the Maharashtra ATS when it has become crystal clear to the whole country that the ATS is only doing a hatchet job for the congress-NCP combine and doing it very shoddily. They had for example no business to keep the sadhvi in secret, illegal confinement without producing her before a court of law several days after her being whisked away in the thick of the night. Advani has only given voice to the deep fear and anguish hundreds of millions of Hindus have been feeling in the last few days over the way the ATS is acting as the hand maiden of the ruling combine. Therefore your attack on him is opportunistic and also motivated by fears of the congress getting the heat of the HIndu back lash.

Rather it is the Indian Express that appears to be confused or worse, trying to overlook the facts of this case that make it apparent that the script of this whole episode is written in the party offices of the ruling party in Maharshtra and at the Centre. All its previous editorials from Malegaon test,Sadhvi's Politics, Words matter, Offence of defence and todays editorial only indicate that IE editorial team is either incompetent to get into the facts or willfully taking orders from UPA government. So far the paper has not uttered even a single word on why so many tests were carried out on Sadhvi or on why ATS is managing leaks to media like the scores of a 20/20 cricket match. That print and electronic media have been immensely benefited monetarily and non monetarily is not hard to note. What else to expect from a govenment (State?) headed by a fraudulant lady - Sonia - and a fraudulent dummy -Manmohan Singh - and a President whose close relatives are in legal battles - there will be no nacro test rest - over mental torture leading to suicide and financial embezzlements. The "State" as it stands today is not the State as envisaged in Indian Constitution.

All the while there was no evidence of RDX at the train blast.More than Advani it is the media which is losing its fig leaf of objectivity.

The case will disappear in thin air after elections are over. One may remember Jaylalitha got Sankracharya arrested for alleaged rape, murder and what not to prove her anti Brahamanical credentials to dravidians but now no one knows what has happened to that case.
