Principled Stand By The Central Government.By: NP Singh | Sunday , 8 Nov '09 7:37:27 AM Reply | Forward We are proud of the Central Government's decision to allow Dalai Lama to visit Arunachal Pradesh and particularly Tawang in the face of the aggressive designs of belligerent China for no rhyme or reason.China had absolutely no right to be resentful to the visit. Now,through the extensive Media, the Chinese will know that the Locals are the INDIANS AS GOOD AS THE PEOPLE OF OTHER STATES of the Country. But is China going to accept the reality.? No Way.India should not be caught sleeping, believing in Hindi - Chini Bhai Bhai. Our borders need to be strengthened and made LEAK PROOF lest 1962 should take place once more.
Dalai Lama- Tibeteans spiritual leaderBy: shiv | Saturday , 7 Nov '09 17:14:29 PM Reply | Forward Dalai Lama is a spiritual leader and he is free to go to Tamang which has lots of Buddhistsn who are his followers. the recent succesful election in arunachal pradesh with a very high voter turn out is a proof of their indianness and refrain china from making such ridiculous claims on Arunachal pradesh.how will the chinese react if India says that Beijing belongs to India, citing some pre-historic connection???
A Balancing GameBy: Sourav Adhikary | Saturday , 7 Nov '09 15:57:47 PM Reply | Forward Seen in the context of the recent incidents, reportedly initiated by China, India persuaded the people not to get caught by frenzy and displayed a dignity in the official rhetoric directed to China. But, at the same time some clear messages should be conveyed to China. And the tactics taken by firmly committing to maintain regional peace and at the same time allowing Dalai Lama to visit Arunachal as an apparently apolitical figure is laudable.
Tibetan disciplineBy: Padam Singh | Saturday , 7 Nov '09 15:13:21 PM Reply | Forward About 35 years ago I was posted in Manali and the Dalai Lama was visiting. What impressed me was the discipline shown by the Tibetans. The Que to see His Holiness stretched from the Circuit House down to the market for 3 days. There were poor Tibetans ahead of the well heeled educated ones, but no one broke the que or tried to bully their way forward an out of turn, unlike Indians who would have pushed the poor out of the way. Today it is a pity that many with connections have got their inner line passes while genuine poor have not. Today buses and taxis are charging exhorbitant rates from people to get to Tawang from Tezpur. Why must an occasion be used to fleece people. In times of emergency, medicines are hoarded to be sold at premium rates to the actual needy. Jai Ho Hindoostan

Yeh Sham Massithani……….By: George P. Joseph | Saturday , 7 Nov '09 18:03:50 PM Reply | Forward It is ominous a A'hole may be opened by the Chinese just at the A'hole at Pakistan Border with India or a War, not like a Paper Snake which even USA knows as well as Intellectuals. Everybody knows that by dealing of patriotism and defense Weapons Leaders have been got pauper in India.
Auspicious Footing.By: George P. Joseph | Saturday , 7 Nov '09 13:13:27 PM Reply | Forward His setting foot on A.Chal soil may further drag the situation into what happened in Tibet by setting foot by the Chinese Red Guards. After the carnage Indian Leaders may publicize remorse notes, take it as a world issue, debates, live shows will be conducted, more visits by media persons and foreigners to Arunachal, declaration of money to the dead, to eyewash the people on Govts. stand and accountability. A good earning.

HIS MASTERS VOICE!By: George P. Joseph | Saturday , 7 Nov '09 17:47:41 PM Reply | Forward A real patriot. No doubt. Suggest to live in Arunachal to boost the morale of the native Arunachals.
