Certainly not. Mr. Amit Kaushik have righly stated that why it wont be as the education that is provided in government schools is good for nothing sorts. The parents prefer sending their children to private schools which can be a possiblity only with the "elite class". And the idea of 25% reservation in private schools can even make a child humilitated that he is being funded by the school and the other students humiliation from well off families. As a consequence, it can hamper the all-round developement of a child.
