Polygraph test is amust for all Suspects, their supporters and their Sympathisers. Check all persons who came in contact with Headley and other suspects. BB. Check the Gulf Recruiters in India, verify and maintain records of all those being sent to Gulf Countries, and carry Police verifications before allowing Immigration. Monitor the activities of Indians (with doubtful integrity) working in the Gulf thru Indian Embassies. CC. Have special courts to deal with the arrested terrorists and their supporters, within a time frame and implement the judgement without delay. As the Network is getting larger and larger, our Intelligence dept must expand and work hard to meet the needs of the hour.
