Not Reporting to Prime MinisterBy: Shirish | Wednesday , 29 Apr '09 12:45:38 PM Reply | Forward Indian Express expose on law ministry, the Attorney General of India and CBI makes one thing absolutely clear. Certain sections of the UPA DO NOT report to the PM. Obviously the three entities named above fall into that category. When Tytler and Sajjan Kumar were given clean chit, the PM had himself said "i am not aware". Now, Indian Express has proved beyond doubt that matters pertaining to Q were dealt directly by Sonia through her trusted aides-AGI and the Law Ministry. Is there any more proof required that PM is weak??
Baggage of the Raj still on our backsBy: Anil Kohli | Wednesday , 29 Apr '09 9:23:05 AM Reply | Forward What a candid admission? “Foreigners are not like us. They want to take things to a logical conclusion.” Could the minister please explain this to us.Is the inference that we Indians do not want to take things to a logical conclusion. They profess to work for the Aam Adami, continuously shout from roof tops that they are our leaders. They take oath of office to work without fear or favour, could some one please explain what is going on in this case? They take salaries from public exchequer, want to be transparent to the foreigners, absolutely opaque to the Indians. Why ? simply because ?“Foreigners are not like us. They want to take things to a logical conclusion.”Are we still are carrying the baggage of the Raj with us?
