We all know that DGHC failed because there were no elections and Mr. Ghising stayed chairman for forever. We all know that Siliguri is full of Bangladeshi migrants which are vote banks of political parties. Let us for once rise above the petty politics of vote bank, and give to the people of hills what rightfully belongs to them.
