US Must Restore the BalanceBy: arun lal | Friday , 3 Jul '09 9:31:13 AM Reply | Forward Huge pumping of money by the US in to Pakistan without any preconditions has upset the balance of power and exposed true intentions of the Obama regime towards India. If the US is sincere in its statements that it does not seek to interfere, it should provide $1.5 billion in annual aid via Indian NGOs towards provisoning toilets in rural schools and drinking water infrastructure. This is a good faih gesture to India that is a must.
US needs to help resolve KashmirBy: Nick Lardy | Friday , 3 Jul '09 7:08:09 AM Reply | Forward Indian PM Singh has been categorically told by our President to sign the CTBT and solve the Kashmir issue ASAP. India's posturing is having a deleterious effect on the Af/Pak strategy. Pakistan is fully committed to fighting the Taliban and we support them. It would be wise for India to heed our call as it is in their best interest.
