Vajpayee turns 85; Prez, VP, PM greet him

Vajpayeeji desired not to celebrate his birthday in view of recent Mumbai terror attacks. Here, in Tamilnadu, celebrations and great publicities are made even for very small events. I have seen a news clipping of a Minister inspecting a fly over, which has been constructed and ready to get opened for public traffic on 29th instant. This is a routine administrative matter, which has been made as a news item. Here also the leaders order their cadre not to celebrate their birthdays, but that is an indirect indication for huge birthday celebrations. I pray God to bless Vajpayeeji with long life and prosperity. India is really fortunate to have such great leaders and Government should honour him by awarding the 'Bharat Ratna', which he greatly deserves.
