So, stop referring him. Yes Indian is my nationality and I am proud of it. I care too hoots what the fanatical fringes of majority think of me. You are mis-informed or deliberately distorting the facts. There is no such Fatwa from Prophet Mohd (P.B.U.H.) which proscribes a Muslim to live in a state which is not ruled by Muslims. "Hobsons choice of Muslim living in India." What are you referring ? India was carved out into two states by Mr. Jinnah, Britishers and I.N.C. There were three parties involved and each had accorded its consent. Please don't blame one party alone. Do you know that people of Kashmir were fighting against their despotic ruler long before the independence of India. It is a different story. Learn to forgive and forget.

The nationalist Hindus who have read and understood Arun Shourie (The World of Fatwa and The Indian Controversies) have no doubt about it whatsoever. It is only ‘Amar-Antulay-Antonia’ and their phoney secularists have us believe otherwise. Thank you once again. We know that as per the commandment of your prophet (PBH), it is kufra for the devout Muslims to live or settle in a Kafir country like India. As it is emasculating for all Muslims –wherever they might be- to turn HINDUSTHAN into dar–ul–Islam, it remains only a Hobson’s choice for the Muslims illegally living in India since August 1947 to quit na-pak Hindusthan and take refuge in Swat land or Bangladesh. If a Muslim couple marries according to ritual of Hindu religion they follow neither Hindu religion nor Islam. As the Hindu doctrine demands, they should have first converted into Hinduism and all those purification rituals (shuddhikaran) should have undertaken. Without which no scholar of Hindu religion would have allowed them in their fold. Let us not make a joke of disciplines of religions in the name of modernism or cultural nationalism. The other easier option available to them was going to the court for court marriage. What the clerics are saying is that they are not married religiously as this very act of rituals was a mockery of both the religions. It was neither secularism nor liberalism; no Hinduism no Islam . I think there is nothing in it for anyone to rejoice, feel proud or sorry for. It is a free society and there are plenty who live flouting every norm of society and religion. Why to waste energy in fruitless arguments ?

What does the Shariat law tell about this? Is a marries hindu woman accepted as another man's wife? Otherwise it sounds dangerous.
