Why flog a dead horse called justice

One of the memorable experiences from my years as a journalist is associated with the centenary celebrations of the Congress party in Mumbai in 1985. Covering the event as a reporter in the late Russy Karanjia’s daily newspaper had given me an opportunity to get better acquainted with the party  ....Read more

Had he been born in the UK or US, he would have got his proper position. Our rotton, pseudo journalism may never award his his true honour. Sad but true. A great journalist, a great patriot and a great writer ! Congrats, Sir !
It is democracy that is deadBy: Dr.G.Srinivasan | Wednesday , 6 May '09 4:57:28 AM Reply | Forward Bravo. Some of the people still remember the biggest lie!!!We the peole of the constitution which was actually by the few of the few and for the few.Not only justice the democracy is also dead.
So it is still 'people of India'!By: Rajendra Bharatiya | Monday , 4 May '09 17:05:08 PM Reply | Forward Dear Mr SK,If one remembers correctly, you are a BJP man.And still you do not see your own leader's portal and what is posted on it. Because,if you had,you would not have referred to us as 'people of India'.This sin was committed first by Dr Ambedkar and others, who in the Preamble referred to us as 'We, the people of India'and elsewhere in the Constitution simply as 'any person' or as 'citizens of India'. Perhaps they were ashamed of being Indians and so may be many Indians now, but I am not. So I am not prepared to accept this official position that (a)Indians do not reside in India (b)Indians have no nationality, only citizenship and(c)Only Indians can be debarred from contesting in elections in India if they attract provision of Art9 read along with Art58(1)(a).As for the Bofors you must know that those involved consider shamelessness as only real virtue.
Bofors and the BJPBy: Ajith Kumar | Sunday , 3 May '09 9:12:53 AM Reply | Forward Dear Mr. Kulkarni,What did the BJP Government do when Vajpayee was in power to get into the bottom of this scandal? If the answer is nothing, then you have no case to be pained about it.For all the ills of the Congress, we consider your Hindutva or Moditva a much clear and present danger for India. You will understand that in this election.
