Only thing...a) we shall continue to have night mares...uncertainity b)Cost overruns,as in most of our cases ! c) The quality of finish will suffer, the standard Indian trait so far, but i hope i am wrong with the advent of Globalization, this ought to change !!The only time a major event has been cancelled, hold your breath, the IITF 1974,Pragati Maidan, New Delhi....It was the 'rule' of Indira Gandhi...in fact there was a sharp decline after that....Am sure that will not be repeated...like the 'Emergency will/should not.So On with the Commonwealth, but please don't the Indian Wealth !!
