BANGALORE, June 16: The Bangalore Urban District Consumer Redressal Forum has asked C Baburaj of Chirayu Builders to pay up Rs 96,200 as compensation to a consumer, and has been found guilty of negligent service. The complaint had been related to the delay of contruction, and the excess amount incurred by the consumer owing to this.
