BANGALORE, June 17: Following rapid urbanisation and increasing demand for infrastructure and housing, the Karnataka Government in association with HUDCO has planned a Rs 400 crore loan assistance programme for the year 1997-98. A meeting was held in this regard between chief secretary B R Prabhakara and HUDCO chairman and managing director V Suresh.
