Congress man's hand alleged in MLA hostel blast
The Jammu and Kashmir government is overhauling the security set-up of politicians and those coming under security cover following startling revelations that a senior Congress activist was allegedly involved in Sunday's blast at Srinagar's legislators' hostel in which three persons were killed.
