CHENNAI, July 9: Raja (40) of Ennore, here, was nabbed by the police while he was trying to cheat a jeweller by issuing a false cheque for Rs 68,000 and posing as a minister's personal assistant. He later confessed that he had cheated another jeweller of Rs 78,000 in a similar manner.
