CHENNAI, July 9: The Executive Director of 'Pleasant Stay Hotel', Mittal, surrendered before the Special Judge-II and the non-bailable warrant against him has been recalled. He is one of the two main accused in the 'Hotel Case', the other one being the former TN Chief Minister, J Jayalalitha.
