CHENNAI, July 31: The Tamil weekly, Kumudam has been restrained by the Madras High Court from publishing the literary work 'Maveerar Marudanayam', following a petition filed by the author of the work, Gunasekaran and the publisher of the book, Durai Ramachandran. The petitioners held that the weekly had not obtained permission from the author who had the copyright for the work.
