LONDONDERRY, Aug 15: Injury-plagued Australia called up Shaun Young and Shane Lee into their squad after fast bowler Brendon Julian joined the tourists' growing casualty list. Young, who is the overseas player for Gloucestershire and Lee, who was playing in the Central Lancashire league with Enfield, were called up following the loss of Julian, Paul Reiffel and Jason Gillespie over the past two days. The pair will join the Australian squad in Canterbury today where the tourists play Kent in their final first-class match before the sixth and last Test at the Oval on August 21. Left-arm paceman Julian was due to be recalled into the Test team following a back injury to Gillespie and Reiffel's return to Australia due to personal reasons. But Julian pulled out of Australia's match against Ireland on Thursday due to a sore left wrist. X-rays confirmed he a slight fracture and it's highly unlikley that he will be fit for the Oval match. ``We decided to pull Brendon out this morning when he claimed his wrist was sore,'' said Australian coach Geoff Marsh.
