Justice A K Srivastava, who also issued notice to the CBI, posted the revision petition filed by Chidambaram for further hearing on January 9.   Request on Bofors under scrutiny Channel Islands is reportedly studying the Indian request for the freezing of three "Bofors accounts" and identifying their holders.
