Lakhubhai case hearing adjourned

PRESS TRUST OF INDIA
NEW DELHI, Jan 15: Hearing in the Lakhubhai Pathak cheating case against former Prime Minister P V Narasimha Rao, controversial godman Chandraswami and his aide was today adjourned till March 10 by a special court here.

Prosecutor A K Dutt submitted before the special judge, Ajit Bharihoke, that the process for sending a commission to Canada to examine key witness W E Miller was on and it might take at least two months to complete the formalities. The court last year had approved to send a commission to Canada after Miller had expressed his inability to come to India for deposition.
