On-line trading launched

CHANDIGARH, January 15: Master Trust Limited launched its on-line trading activity on National Stock Exchange from the Chandigarh office yesterday. With this, it has taken yet another step towards its goal of becoming ``One-stop Financial Services Company'' operating from Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Mumbai offices.

Director Harjeet Arora said the expansion should prove to be a boon to the investors of the area with the local presence of a very experienced broking group. On the very first day of trading, the company had a turnover of over Rs one crore, claimed Arora. He emphasised on the need of investor counselling in today's market scenario and said that the company would shortly create counselling groups in all its offices equipped with state-of-the-art tools.Arora further informed that Master Trust has shown tremendous growth in its services, despite the market conditions.
