BANGALORE, January 25: The syces strike which threatened to disrupt the running of the Bagpiper Gold Bangalore Derby was resolved quickly in the morning, with the Bangalore Turf Club agreeing to immediately advance the money to the horse owners to pay the syces bonus money. The stage is now set for the running of the Derby on Monday and the race seems to be at the mercy of Jim Foley trained Octogonal.SELECTIONS
