February 2: Post office Recreation Club (PORC) defeated Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) 3-2 in an inter-office table tennis league match conducted by the Bombay District Table Tennis Association at the University Pavilion today.Lata Topale clinched the final singles match after the two teams were tied 2-2 to take PORC through. Earlier, PORC took the first lead which was equalised by Vrinda B Shinde for IOC. The doubles duo of IOC gave them the lead for the first and only time, taking the team 2-1 up.
But Smita Kulkarni first and Lata later, won their singles matches to edge their rivals out.

RCF held
RCF B were held to a goalless draw by Times of India in a Division II a match of a Western India Football Association league match at the Cooperage today.
In other matches, St Anthony failed to turn up against Ryan Augustine in a Division II E match while Ralf SC did the same against IDBI (III C).
