Outside Rajan Juvekar's cabin in his office at East Street, a few people sit waiting their turn patiently. Inside, a huge wooden propeller takes up one wall of the room, alongside is a small citation of the Asian roller-skating competition, while photographs of para-gliders take up another wall.
