Deora demands apology by CM

MUMBAI, March 20: Congress MP from South Mumbai and president of Mumbai Regional Congress Committee (MRCC) Murli Deora has demanded that the state government apologise to the tenants after the Supreme Court endorsed the charges made by him against its bungling over the Rent Act in the recent election campaign."Not only did the Chief Minister and his colleagues held my charges a deliberate effort to misguide and incite voters in South Mumbai, they even went to the extent of initiating proceedings under the election laws," hesaid.
