Man arrested for rape of tourist

PANAJI, March 28: The Margao police have arrested Francis Thomas D'Souza, a resident of Mumbai, and his accomplice Bamidalle M alias Johnny, a Nigerian, on charges of raping a British tourist. The incident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday after an evening's party at a popular tourist hangout on Baga beach.
