Mukti's efforts praised
CHENNAI, April 15: The 12th anniversary celebrations of Mukti, an association providing free artificial limbs to the physically handicapped, was held in the city today. TMC leader G K Moopanar, participating in the function, commended the efforts of the organisation's founder, Meena Dadha, and all other members.
