Misra, Gill sidelined
India made the two expected omissions, of centre-forward Rajiv Misra and half-back Sukhbir Singh Gill, while finalising the list of 16 which was submitted to the tournament committee on Tuesday, less than 24 hours before the start of the ninth World Cup hockey for men. Both players, however, will remain in Utrecht as spectators.
