Milind Gunaji releases travelogue
EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
MUMBAI, May 25: Bollywood actor Milind Gunaji's travelouge, Majhi Mulukhgiri, was released by Cultural Affairs Minister, Pramod Navalkar, at the Yashwantrao Chavan Centre today.Gunaji described the travelogue as an ``attempt to cover the potential tourist spots in Maharashtra that I have personally visited as a trekker.'' He added: ``The distance, the time required and the lodging-boarding rates mentioned in the book are authentic as per my knowledge.'' Majhi Mulukhgiri is a compilation of weekly columns that Gunaji wrote for the Marathi weekly Lokprabha for around a year and a half. It talks of the remote mountains, temples and villages dotting the state. While Navalkar termed Gunaji's attempt as a ``Discovery of Maharashtra'', actress Shabana Azmi congratulated Gunaji for having found another way to remain close to life despite busy schedules.
