Sabarkantha collector S M F Bukhari has been transferred as relief commissioner, Gandhinagar. He is replaced by Virat Vora who is the joint secretary in revenue department. Earlier, transfer order of R M Joshi as commissioner of Bhavnagar municipal corporation has been cancelled and he is now moved to panchayat, rural housing and rural development department as the deputy secretary.

Sangita Singh, deputy secretary in urban development department has been appointed as director of employment and training. Singh has been replaced by Anita Karwal, a deputy municipal commissioner in Ahmedabad municipal corporation. Deputy secretary in revenue department Sanjay Prasad is made the Gandhinagar collector. Prasad is also asked to hold additional charge of chief officer, notified area, Gandhinagar.

Anuradha Mall, additional development commissioner, Gandhinagar, has been moved to department of youth services and cultural activities, Gandhinagar as deputy secretary. H A Badi, additional industries commissioner has been transferred as collector of Surendranagar district.

Earlier, transfer order of K Srinivas as collector of Surendranagar was cancelled and he is sent in place of H A Badi. Besides, he is also given additional charge of executive director of Industrial Extension Bureau. Atanu Chakravarty, CEO of Gujarat Infrastructure Development Board, Gandhinagar, has been given additional charge of joint secretary in the newly created department of information technology in the general administration department.

Officer on special duty in the finance department K L Tejani has been given additional charge of managing director of Gujarat State Financial Services Ltd, Ahmedabad. J P Mahapatra, additional commissioner of sales tax, Ahmedabad is asked to hold additional charge as deputy secretary in the finance department.
