6 unidentified bodies found
Six unidentified bodies have been recovered by the police. While an unidentified body of a youth was found at the railway track near Bholanath Nagar on Friday by the Shahdara railway police, another unidentified body was found by the Maurice Nagar police near the Pahariwala Masjid on the same day. An unidentified body of a man was also found near the railway track near the Appolo hospital. Body of a man aged about 70-75 years old was also found at the New Delhi Railway Station on Thursday. Body of a 25-26-year-old man was found near the Mangolpuri Railway Station on the same day. From the railway station at Shakkarpur Basti, body of a woman was found on Thursday.
Man robbed by a rickshaw-puller
A man was robbed of Rs 1,200 and his watch by a rickshaw-puller and his associates near Vijay Ghat around 7 a.m on Sunday. He had apparently asked the rickshaw-puller to take him to the railway station by a short-cut route, but the latter took him to Vijay Ghat instead. One person has been arrested in this connection.
Liquor seized in Inderpuri
Around 21,200 pouches of illicitly-brewed liquor was recovered from an Inderpuri jhuggi colony on Saturday. Hansraj has been arrested in this regard by the Inderpuri police.
One arrested for stealing
Ahmed (21) was arrested by the Inderpuri police on Sunday for stealing electronic items worth Rs 65,000. A colour TV, video CD player were recovered from his Todapur house in Inderpuri.
