Comfortable win for IAF

NEW DELHI, June 23: Last year's losing finalists Indian Air Force (New Delhi) began their campaign in the Delhi Soccer Association (DSA)-SAIL Senior Division Football League Championships here on Tuesday with a comfortable 4-0 victory over Garhwal Heroes in Group A at the Ambedkar Stadium here.All the IAF goals came in the first half, in the space of 15 minutes. Airmen's inside-right Robin Adhikari put the side in front witha goal in the eighth minute. Left-in Ibadat Hussain increased the lead in the 15th minute while outside-right Tarak Nath Dey (20th minute) and Robin Adhikari (23rd minute) completed the tally.
