Hutchison Max MD joins Reliance
EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
MUMBAI: Ashwani Windlass, managing director of Hutchison Max Telecom Ltd and joint managing director of Max India Ltd, has joined Reliance Telecom as vice chairman and managing director.Windlass will be heading Reliance Telecom's cellular as well as basic services businesses and spearhead the company's investments and initiatives. He would be based in New Delhi. While Hutchison Max is yet to decide on a replacement for Windlass, a Max India press release said that chief operating officer Sandip Das will act as managing director until further notice.
