Kant made the observation when agitating Congress members demanded the dismissal of the BJP Government for the lawlessness in the Capital. The Chairman said it was a serious matter and the HM should make a statement. When BJP member Narendra Mohan said that the matter was sub-judice as Delhi HC had asked the Delhi Government to file a status report on what steps it was taking to handle the situation, Kant said ``It is not not a question of the matter being sub-judice.''

Congress MPs Suresh Pachouri, Jitendra Prasada and Urmilaben Patel raised the issue during Zero Hour this morning.
